Service partner

Once a customer has successfully applied for a business relationship with a Liebherr site in MyLiebherr, that site automatically becomes a service partner. Service partners can not only manage their own machines in Parts Assistant, but also their customers' machines.

To select a company, open the menu Machines and click on the button . A dialog box will appear listing all companies with which an active business relationship exists.

Click on the relevant company. This will display only the machines from the selected company. The service partner's own machines will be hidden.

To reset your selection, click the button . The service partner's machines will be displayed again.

Ordering process

When items are selected for a customer's machine and placed in the shopping cart, a shopping cart is created in the store for the service partner. No customer shopping cart is created. The service partner is not permitted to place orders on behalf of the customer.
