Service kits

The service kit provides you with all the necessary maintenance components in a single package – carefully selected to save you time and ensure your machine remains up and running.

Select the machine you want in the menu Machines, then click the button Service Kits.
Enter the number of operating hours in the input field. The next three upcoming maintenance tasks are displayed based on this number.
To view all items in the required quantities for the selected maintenance task, click the corresponding tile.
Click on the button Update shopping cart . The maintenance task is added to the shopping cart, allowing the entire kit of materials required for this maintenance to be ordered in one single step.

After submitting the shopping cart to the Parts Shop, you can adjust the quantities of individual items in the service kit – e.g., if you already have some of the items in stock.

Adjusting container sizes

The preferred container sizes – from small canisters to large drums – can be specified individually for each material category. This enables optimal adaptation to the requirements at the operation site.

In the menu Shopping cart , click on the tile for the relevant maintenance task.
Open the detail view for the desired material category.
Click the button and select the container size for this material type.
To save the changes, click the button Apply.

The dialog box Adjust container sizes also displays the remaining material quantity.
That is because the minimum additional order quantity for most materials is 5 liters. Keep the remaining amount to a minimum when making your selection.
