Combined image and text search

Images and text can be searched together in one step.

• First, select the machine you are interested in.

• Upload an image and enter your text. It doesn't matter in which order you do it.

• Then, click the button Search. The relevant search results will be displayed.

Search results for image or text searches

A maximum of 20 search results will be displayed on one screen. They will be sorted by how closely the search entry (image and/or text) matches the results determined by Parts Assistant.

The result at the top of the list is the one which most closely matches the search query and the available spare parts.

Search by QR code

The QR code search always returns exactly one result. This result is the spare part you are looking for – you do not need to search any further.
